The grape clusters, well selected, after the essential and long whitering process are turned into wine in January. Subsequent to a soft pressing it follows marc maceration. The wine so obtained after an aging period inside wooden casks stands then in bottles before it can be finally put on the market.


Colour:  garnet-red.
Perfume:  characteristic its intense jam fragrance. Mellow, sweet and perfumed.
Flavour:  smooth taste, with a delicate and palatabe tannins.


The extreme smoothness makes it particularly suitable for the end of a meal to be served with desserts and chocolate cakes. Perfect for "meditative moments".
